Shipping Policy

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping costs will be charged accordingly to the rates of each international destination and added to the original purchase order cost — Order cancelations are not accepted.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING + DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • Free domestic shipping — Standard 5 to 8 business days, included with purchase orders higher than $25 dollars total.
  • Express — 3 business days, not included with the original purchase. Cost may vary and starts at $25+

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to our customers by email as part of our order follow-up.

 

CANCELLATION

After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the other cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us at nm@nandomedina.com. A transaction fee may be charged to our customer expenses.

 

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in the original package and condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. Please visit NandoMedina.com/pages/return-policy for more information.

 

DELAYED ORDERS

Our team is constantly checking on the delivery process to ensure they arrive within the time estimated. In case of any delayed processing, our customer will be notified and will have the choice to cancel the order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier or check the tracking number provided for the item’s delivery status.


DAMAGED ORDERS

Nando Medina is not liable for lost or damaged products after the border has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your item has arrived showing damage on the package and perhaps damage on the item due to lousy delivery management, please reach out to us so we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes

The TSA [Transportation Security Administration] has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the U.S. As such, any unauthorized items for air may require a different shipping method.
