Return Policy

Thank you for your order. We hope you are happy and enjoying your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within five days of the purchase received. All returned items must be new and in an unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase [printed receive], and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping processes. Once you notify us by email about the return, we will provide you a mail label to use with your package via email.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit. If you prefer a refund to your credit card, allow at least seven days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-3 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. 


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items with new damage from the mailing back process
  • Items shipped out of the U.S.
  • Items that don't match what is in the purchasing copy

Please Note

  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $250.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Damaged items received from your mailing back. We keep photos of items packaged before they are mailed to their final destination.
